How long does the whole process take?

From the moment you confirm your package, your wedding website is live within 2 days. Printed invitation cards are delivered within 7 days. Total: about 9 days from first conversation to physical cards in hand.

What's included in each package?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship printed cards to the US, India, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of the EU. International shipping adds 3 to 7 days to delivery. The website itself is accessible globally from day one.

Can I customize the design?

Absolutely. Every wedding is different, so every site is custom. We start with a 15-minute discovery call to understand your color palette, fonts and the feel you want. From there, we send a moodboard for your approval before designing anything. You guide the direction; we handle the craft.

Question 5

What types of weddings do you design for?

Indian (all regions like Marwari, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Malayali, and more), Christian, American, Italian, and destination weddings. If you don't see your tradition listed, just ask — we likely can or will research it for you.

What if my wedding is in less than 30 days?

We offer a 24-hour rush delivery for the website at an additional fee. Printed cards still take 5 to 7 days minimum due to printing and shipping, but we can prioritize. Reach out as soon as possible — we'll do everything we can.

Question 7

Who owns the website after the wedding?

You do. The site stays live for one year after your wedding date at no extra cost. After that, you can renew it annually for a small fee, or you can export the content and host it yourself.

How does the QR code work?

We design a custom QR code that matches your invitation's color palette and visual style. It's printed directly on your invitation card. When a guest scans it with their phone camera, your wedding website opens instantly — no app, no download, no friction.

Can guests RSVP through the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Signature and Luxe include a live RSVP dashboard where you can see responses in real time, filter by event, and export guest lists. Essential is an invitation-only package and doesn't include RSVP tracking; if you need RSVPs, choose Signature or Luxe.

Question 10

What happens if I need changes after the website is live?

Accepted Answer

Small text or detail changes (venue address, time, dress code) are always free. Major design changes after final approval count as additional revision rounds — we'll always quote you upfront before charging.

How do I pay?

We accept payment in USD via Stripe and in INR via UPI or bank transfer. We invoice 50% upfront to begin work, and the remaining 50% before printed cards ship.

Question 12

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Before design work begins, your deposit is fully refundable. Once we've started designing, the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a future event or to a friend. Once printed cards ship, no refunds are possible — all sales are final at that stage.
